Hello, my name is Sarah.

I grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains as the oldest of 8 children. From a young age I have had a passion for hair styling. My siblings quickly became my first clients, many of whom are still coming to me today! 

Before cosmetology school I worked in sales and customer service where I learned to patiently listen to needs and communicate expectations together with my clients. This successfully translates to my profession today.

In 2008 I attended Shoreline Cosmetology School to pursue my passion. After graduating I placed a priority on continuing my education to stay current with trends and techniques in coloring and haircuts. I have attended a wide range of courses over the years to support my growth as a stylist, one of my favorite opportunities was a hair cutting class at Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco. 

When not doing hair, I enjoy family time with my husband of 12 years and my 3 children (26, 10 & 8). We camp, play games constantly and celebrate all occasions.

I am excited to be a part of the small businesses downtown at Kinship Hair Co., where the environment really mirrors my style as a professional. I look forward to meeting you soon!
