The Best Foods for Longer, Stronger Hair!

There are several things you can do to help your hair grow long and strong. Getting regular trims and minimal exposure to damaging heat help, but a good diet also plays a large role in hair health!

Here are the foods you should be eating:

-Fruits & Veggies, of course!

-Salmon, for those Omega-3 Fatty Acids

-Eggs, rich in cysteine that promotes hair growth

-Sweet Potatoes, produce beta-carotenes

-Bananas, contain silica which help to obsorb good-for-you minerals

-Kidney Beans, contain iron, zinco, and carotin
